Our Technology

Developed with the support of the German Federal Institute for Materials Research (BAM), fibrisTerre pioneered the BOFDA technology that is capable of performing simultaneous distributed strain and temperature monitoring over long distance.

Our Mission

fibrisTerre aims to answer the current industry demands for truly distributed and economically viable monitoring solutions for the civil, geotechnical and energy sector.

Using its state of the art BOFDA technology, fibrisTerre endeavors to help its customers accurately detect potential structural problems at an early stage thereby avoiding catastrophic failures. Continuously performing strain and temperature readings at all points along its long distance cables, fibrisTerre’s systems leave no critical spots unattended.
