FMC was founded in 1988 with the aim of delivering a fresh approach to professional services, based on the principles of openness, simplicity, value and quality of service. 

Our initial business activity was to provide strategic research and commercial intelligence to leading UK businesses, and this arm of the business is still going strong today. 

The FMC service has been extended to include implementation support and project management. From major bluechips to dynamic team-managed SMEs, FMC supports the future prosperity of all our clients. 

THE MOVE TO RECRUITMENT 

The strategic work we did with clients often raised issues internally over the skills available to deliver action plans. So, rather than leave clients with this challenge, in 1999 we set up a headhunting arm based on the same core principles. 

GROWTH AND SUCCESS 

Success in technical sectors, and demand from clients, lead to the development of further recruitment options, FMC Recruitment and FMC Contracting. Along with Headhunting these business units form FMC Global Talent, which in addition to our graduate focused service, HotProspects, make up the recruitment arm of the FMC. 

FMC has gone from a small East Midlands based consultancy to a professional service firm whose work spans the globe. We attribute this success to our focus on addressing typical client frustrations, providing a fresh and effective service, which ever arm of our business you deal with.
