FRESCON Sp.z o.o. (Ltd. accord. to Polish law) has been in practice since 2007. We established our company within the building sector by cooperating closely with many local and foreign companies and authorities on medium to large scale projects.

FRESCON specialises in the supervision and management of construction projects as well as the digital lifetime modeling of projects through the construction stage.

We are currently working for clients from Poland, the Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, and the UK.

Our main business sectors are architecture + project management as well as 3D design + animation.

The business segment of architecture + project management originated from the idea of uniting all stages of the property/construction cycle into a one-stop solution beginning with the project search through the conceptual design, moving to preliminary design, then detailed design and construction stage, the handover of the project, its marketing and finally to the final sale of the project or commencement of business.

Using our 3D models, we illustrate not only the vision of a project but also how it’s going to be constructed by animating its construction programme in sequence.
