FullMind Design was founded from the idea that modern technology should serve to enhance the process of educating the workforce. We believe in using technology to make content available 24 hours a day every day of the year so the learner can access the information when they needed. Furthermore, we believe that a company must be flexible and adapt to changes quickly in order to succeed. Using modern technology allows for immediate feedback on the success (or failure) of a training event and is a valuable tool when a company uses it to make adaptive changes to its employee training strategies.
