GautamManthan is a specially created consultancy for transformation, turnaround of businesses. It is created with the objective of providing expert business help to entrepreneurial ventures, Small & Medium-sized Enterprises and Startups in Service Sector; to help them have many mini-victories, succeed and realise their dreams.

An extensive and diverse experience of working in global organizations and a first-hand view of the struggles of Change-makers, provides us a unique perspective. So our approach is based on pragmatism and empathy.

​There are two tenets to our approach:

​1. Involvement over mere engagement - In many ways, helping Change-makers is like helping a child learn to walk. We are interested in setting up Change-makers for long-term success. We don’t simply engage as piecemeal advisors, we are deeply involved in the Change-makers’ business, enabling a complete makeover and facilitating the transition through building effective Team Dynamics and Leadership Development Workshops, until the organization is set up to take on bigger battles.

2. Evolution over disruption - Our projects are designed to metamorphose the business by deeply immersing into the organisational milieu, without causing disruptions to ongoing business. We are equipped to do this and skilled to handle such issues, owing to practical experiences of our advisors in building, nurturing and running companies.
