In the financial year ending 31 March 2019, Global Blue processed 36 million Tax Free Shopping transactions with a total value of €18.2 billion sales in store, and 28 million Added-Value Payment Solutions transactions with a total value of €4.4 billion sales in store.

Our office in Austria is the world wide technology hub for Global Blue and the central Shared Service Center for European region. We have been investing significant funds into the technical and staff related development, and with 350 employees, it stands out as the biggest and most important office for the future of Global Blue.
