Our Consultants and Partners are working on the development of Ski and Mountain resorts for over 25 years. We are specialised in the improvement of existing resorts but also in the design of new resorts.
Our focus is on the improvement of the performance of Ski and Mountain resorts through better concepts for the use of existing installations and small additional investments. Most Ski and Mountain resorts face the challenge of low occupancy through the winter season and are closed in summer or underperforming in summer if open. Small investments, events and better concepts can help to overcome this.
We make feasibility studies for tourism development (like for the Ukrainian Government a study on the feasibility of Olympic Winter Games “Olympic Hope” in the Carpathian Mountains. We assist National Tourism Agencies and Regional Tourism Development Agencies in their work, providing consultancy and assistance in Mountain safety (Avalanche risk assessment, weather forecast), Training of Mountain guides, Ski and Ski Touring Guides, Instructors, Training and formation of Mountain Rescue systems and teams. We are assisting Ski and Mountain Resorts in Training of their staff and by providing interim management.
We strongly work in the field of ice skating rinks in different sizes and shapes to improve the attractiveness of Ski and Mountain resorts both in winter and summer.
Our main partners for equipment are Alfred Rodlsberger with his Sky-Glider, Sky-Swing and Sky Restaurant, Josef Brandauer with his summer toboggan systems, Like Ice for artificial ice skating rinks and Smart Solutions with consultancy and different attractions, playgrounds and signboard systems.
Our second focus is strategy consultancy, consultancy for Business Associations (organisational development, development of new services, training and coaching for better advocacy and lobbying), training for consultants (including the preparation for certification).
