In the Netherlands, Greystar is growing a student and young professional rental housing portfolio focused on the Amsterdam-Rotterdam metroplex.

Opened October 2017, Greystar Germany will provide similar opportunities for student, young professional and multifamily homes in key cities across Germany and Austria. Our expertise perfectly equips us to create a new and unique generation of rental housing in response to urbanisation and increased demand for convenience and flexibility.
