After intense years in the same team as Product Owner and Team Lead of the Engineers, it was clear to us that we wanted to set up something of our own. During this time, we were able to experience what makes the difference between good and excellent software: the people behind the products. Trusting collaboration in an interdisciplinary team, user-centred product development with passion and stable, high-performance software - these are the values on which heartcoded software is built.
