Formerly, HR executive/CHRO with leading multinational corporations, such as Brink’s, Inc. security industry leader with over 50,000 employees, and GTECH Corporation , leading high-tech supplier to the lottery industry, and started up new company operations in 40+ countries.

HR executive for international operations of Joseph E. Seagram, and for RCA Records , RCA Corporation, & helped create Bertelsmann's BMG-RCA/Ariola.   Earlier, HR executive with Southern Peru Copper Corporation (SPCC) in Peru, American Can , Anderson Clayton in Brazil, and Air Products & Chemicals.  Began early career with Cummins Engine Company in UK, before promotion to corporate labor relations, based in Columbus, Indiana HQ, and then assigned to Sao Paulo, Brazil. 

Worked and/or lived extensively in Europe, Eastern Europe, Latin America, Brazil, Asia, China, and Asia Pacific

US & UK/EU dual citizen.   Grew up in a small, Scottish coal-mining village, and worked underground as a Hard Rock Tunneller on Loch Awe Hydroelectric Power Station.  Studied in England with a BS (equivalent) in Industrial Management, and served as Second Lieutenant with British Army’s Royal Corps of Signals.
