You've probably heard a bit about what it's like to work at a start-up. Honestly, we are not entirely innocent of it: free drinks, all young people with funny-sounding accents, and at least one of our developers wears a hipster beard. And above all: rapid growth! We quadrupled our workforce within a year. I swear, if you put a cheetah on a skateboard and push it down a slope, it does not go any faster than us!

So far so good. But what makes Hotelchamp different from other startups? In short: our dealings with each other. For us, the individual performance is in the foreground. We celebrate the personal successes of each individual colleague, and we actively promote personal growth as a service provider. And yes, that also means: We demand, and we sometimes explore boundaries - but never beyond. It is clear to us: as a company, we are only as capable as the people who enable us, and that is why we only rely on the very best. After all, that's what makes a champ.
