When Marius Donhauser took over his 4 star city hotel in Salzburg in 2011, the idea of 'Simplifying Hotel Operations & Internal Communication' was born. He developed hotelkit with the intention to improve communication flows and daily routines within his hotel. The young and motivated hotelkit team has invested much time and passion in the development of the software, which has become the new industry solution for providing an interactive network for employees in hotels.
50.000 employees in 1000 hotels of all categories, sizes & types work with hotekit on a daily basis. At its core, it is all about making hotel operations simple and boosting productivity among teams. It provides hotel employees with digital tools to fulfill daily tasks, repair jobs, guest requests, checklists and shift handovers efficiently. Crucially it is the central hub of communication and contains all important information about SOPs and operating standards for every department.
