I-B-A-M® offers development and consulting in the field of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration): Especially for the CTI protocols TAPI (MS Telephony API) and CSTA (Computer Supported Telecommunications Applications). A specialty is the field of TAPI Service Provider (TSP). The business was established in 1996 and is active in TSP development since 1997. Since 2003 business founder Dipl.-Ing. (= MSE) Andreas Marschall has been repeatedly awarded as Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) for his contributions in the TAPI newsgroups.
