EMPLOYER™ was created to eradicate Poverty in the African Continent by replacing the unnecessary bureaucratic and financial hurdles that frustrate and impede would-be entrepreneurs with mechanisms that actually facilitate their identification, development and growth as world renowned entrepreneurs.

EMPLOYER™ is a resource for jobseekers, employers, marketers, advertisers and venture capitalists to mention but a few, from all over the world to meet, interact and forge positive and transformative relationships that would have positive impacts on the African society thereby giving birth to an entrepreneurial revolution.

EMPLOYER™ is setup to work with this principle to build Employers and not Employees, to create Entrepreneurs and also Intrapreneurs (who choose to be Employees), who would, as several researches have shown, transform our African economies, well in line with the MDGs and the Visions of various African States.

The EMPLOYER™ project is to be established in all African Countries, one at a time until everyone is empowered. We therefore call on all stakeholders in Africa as well as friends of Africa to join us in this laudable cause.
