My entire career has been in services industries and therefore I am very focused on delivering tangible results, doing what you've said you'll do, and being there for the long term relationship.

My career includes:

· management consultancy with PW

· resourcing consultancy with Goodman Graham (acquired by Norman Broadbent)

· as VP Resourcing with Protege, I set up and ran the people service function, supporting revenue-led US-to-Europe technology company launches.

 In 2003 I created Informed Decision to be a knowledgeable and specialist firm, providing proven, timely and personal people services which deliver. We have an enviable record of success and repeat business, plus an exciting mix of new clients and country/sectors.

· increasingly I am asked to manage from within, as interim "Recruitment Director" supporting clients through growth and other scenarios, often helping to build pan-EMEA internal resourcing capabilities
