In 2004, the U.S.-Israel Science and Technology Foundation (USISTF) sought to form an organization that would unite various technology transfer offices throughout Israel. The purpose of the Israel Technology Transfer Network (ITTN) is to permit Israeli-generated intellectual property to translate more easily into marketable products for the benefit of the U.S. and Israel.
