Jiangsu Huada Chemical Group Co.,Ltd. was established in 1990 and located in Changzhou New District. Who was adjacent to the South of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, the north of Changzhou International Airport.

　　It also has a very convenient transportation network all together with wate land and air.Our factory occupies an area of 165,000 square meters with fixed assets of US dollars 40 million.There are about five hundred employees in our factory, including one hundred and twenty technical personnel.In 2007, the turn over of the group is about 65 million US dollars.

　　Our factory is on the basis of naphthalene , especially manufactures intermediate of naphthalene series products.Now it has been to run scale of 2-naphthol 8000MT/Annual, 1-naphthol 6500MT/Annual,1 -naphthylamine 10000MT/Annual., refined naphthalene 12000MT/Annual.

The factory was developing in nearly years and cooperated with Japanese to estab

lish a joint venture named XINXING HUADAMING CHEMICALS CO., LTD. The Joint venture company mainly produce rubber antioxidant like TMQ, N-Phenyl-1-naphthylamine, N,N'-1,3-Phenylene bismaleimide(pm),Antioxidand 2246,Antioxidant DNP, KY 405 , Ethoxyquin (aw) , Antioxidant OD , Dioctyldiphenylamine (ODA) , our totally capacity of rubber antioxidant is about 10000mts/annual.

Also we have a pilot plant which is mainly produce Floride and use SF4 process, it is a very special process and right now we are doing reserach for a lot of Big companies in the world.

　　Our factory gathered all kinds of engineering technical personnel and its technique focus was very strong. We possessed many kinds of analysis equipment ( GC HPLC etc) and a complete analysis test system. Our factory obtained ISO9002 QUALITY CERTIFACTE in 2000 and obtained ISO14000 ENVIRONMENT CERTIFICATE.And right now we are preparing for the ISO18000.Due to strict management attaching importance to contract and own reputation. We were awarded a series titles of“ Five Hundred Strong Welfare Enterprises Of China”, “ One Hundred Strong Township Chemical Enterprises in China”. “Advanced Export Enterprise in CHANGZHOU”.

In future, we are interested in below product and we have plan to establish the plants:

1)DIPN, use our own product to produce DIPN.

2)Water reducer: our final target is totally 300000 mts per year for three kind of water reducer. next end of year will have product.

3)PBS,PBS-based biodegradable materials , will cooperate with University to establish a plant , the output will be 10000-20000mts per year.
