Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of ux, product management and design roles mostly in an agile collaborative delivery context on digital products. My focus lies on developing solutions to wicked problems, impacting on the needs of end users, through human centred design and design thinking methodologies. I am skilled in design thinking, service design, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and ux design and passionate about driving innovation, understanding user needs and facilitating the process of finding the right solution for those needs.”
