Kala Technology was founded originally in 1996 to provide IT consultancy.

In early 2002, after having worked with various clients and within various industries, we ascertained that there was a requirement for a Human Resource Management System for the Small to Medium Enterprise. This system had to be Easy to Use, Do the Job and be Affordably for the SME. Hence HRMANTOOL® was born.

Kala Technology are also resellers for Quantum Payroll and resellers in Ireland for eRecruitment, the highly successful online ATS recruitment system from HR-Manager (Oslo).

Kala Technology, has over three decades of experience in Information Technology across several European countries in the Pharmaceutical, Tobacco, Banking, Life Assurance and Mobile Telecommunication industries, covering: - Operations, Programming, Analysis, Project Management and Implementations
