Landmark Global is a bespoke development consultancy set up in 2008 to source deals for private developers and housebuilders. We have forged close working relationships with a wide variety of property developers from single project Investors to the CEO’s of independent Developers, typically with revenues in the region of £30-£40m pa. The name Landmark encapsulates our belief that by focusing on delivery and the successful implementation of a proven strategy we can offer a ‘no-nonsense’ alternative to the mainstream agency model. 

In 2015 we exchanged contracts on 200 flats to a Hong Kong investment company and in January 2016 contracts were exchanged with a listed Malaysian corporation to undertake a £29m project. Both sales were off-market and exclusive to Landmark.
