Our expertise and our originality are based on the creation of atypical simulations : we do not simulate what you already do ; we propose fictional situations in which the skills you are asking for will immediatly be required.

By putting the trainees out their « comfort zone », erasing their frame of reference, we emphasize on the essential : the learning of new knowledge, skills and behaviors.

Each training session ends with debrieign session, that will produce an assessment of lessons learned and their immediate reuse in your work environment.
