TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order to Learn Valley Ltd. the client confirms that she/he has read and understood the course information (terms and conditions, course outline, prerequisites, content, course abstract, instructor’s description, target student, course outline and any other information that is available via the course announcement) and confirms that the training she/he is enrolling fits to her/his needs. Written acceptance or issuance of a payment constitutes an agreement by the client to all terms and conditions described herewith.

Please note that the status of planned trainings is usually pending and depends on a minimum number of participants, unless specifically designated otherwise. In order to prevent any untimely expenses on your behalf, please do not financially commit yourself with regard to flights and hotels until you have received final written confirmation from Learn Valley Ltd. about the status of the training you have ordered.

Facilities

· Training rooms usually are air-conditioned so please bring a jacket or light wrap in case the room temperature is below your comfort level.

· Please contact us should you require special services, facilities or dietary considerations to support your attendance.

· Classes officially run from 9:00am until 6:00pm, unless specifically designated otherwise.

Cancellations and refunds

· All cancellations entitle the client to a full refund of all unused registration fees. Attendees will receive full refunds if a cancellation is requested up to 22 calendar days before the training start date, unless specifically designated otherwise.

· Learn Valley Ltd. does not reimburse nor compensates for any non-tuition expenses the client may incur due to participation in or cancellation of training.

Payment Terms

· Full payment is required as a precondition for registration.

· Client has to pay the full amount of the course upon receipt of invoice.

· Payments are accepted via bank transfer and/or other payment methods when applicable.
