Ledyilighting, with its six-floor, 10,000-square-meter production base in Shenzhen, employs over 300 staff. The facility features 15+ high-speed SMT machines, 20 die-bonding COB machines, 7 automatic extrusion lines, and 6 luminaire production lines. This setup enables a full production process for LED strip lights, incorporating high-speed SMT, automatic welding, and diverse water-resistant options. The company's daily production capacity exceeds 25,000 meters for LED strip lights, 5,000 meters for LED neon lights, and 2,000 meters for COB LED strip lights, ensuring efficient and high-volume output.
Laboratory and Inspection:
Ledyilighting's laboratory, covering over 500 square meters, is equipped with more than 34 sets of specialized testing equipment. Organized into different zones for safety, EMC, photoelectric, IP water resistance, aging, and product reliability, the laboratory conducts comprehensive inspections on a variety of products, including LED strip lights, LED neon lights, linear luminaires, power supplies, and accessories. Our inspection standards focus on safety, EMC, performance, and product reliability. Testing reports are meticulously maintained throughout the product design evaluation and type approval phases to ensure consistent product quality.
