Our factory currently has 200 workers and 132 high speed sewing machine and 23 other machines. Our subsidiary has 20 model-360 air-jet looms, 60 model-340 and other types of air-jet looms, 75 water-jet looms, 55 gripper looms and 40 jacquard looms.

We have world leading production capacity: daily output reaches 15,000 chair covers, 8,000 table clothes, 30,000 napkins, 20,000 chair sashes and 5,000 apron; monthly output may put into more than ten 40HQ containers.

There are 8 lines of products: tablecloth, napkin, chair cover, bathrobe, apron, hotel bedding textile, towel and bath towel.

Chair covers we offer include banquet chair cover, folding chair cover, chair cover with bag, T/C plain chair cover, satin chair cover, jersey chair cover, stretch chair cover, taffeta chair cover, jacquard chair cover, etc. Also, we accept custom design requests. Chair covers we manufactured adopt superior fabric and process ironing, fitting test and many others. We guarantee the cleanliness, top quality and long service life of our products.

Among all products, stretched chair cover, tablecloth and bar sets are our star products. The products adopt elastic fabric or nylon fabric and are suitable for various sizes of tables and chairs. The fabric weight ranges from 160~280g/square. There are more than 25 colors for your selection.

We produce a complete range of tablecloths in a wide assortment of colors.

T/C plain tablecloths per square are usually in 160g, 180g, 200g, 230g, etc. More than 50 colors for your selection; ironing free. All tablecloths adopt no patchwork design and there is no patchwork even for the maxsize of 132’’.

The satin tablecloth has bright color. There are more than 25 colors for your selection. No patchwork design and the maxsize is 118’’.

Suede satin tablecloth features bright color, elegant appearance and more than 25 kinds of color selection. All sized tablecloths adopt no patchwork design. The maxsize is 118’’.

There are more than 28 color selection for plaid tablecloth and taffeta tablecloth. They also adopt no patchwork design the maxsize available is 108’’. We can produce various flock printed tablecloth, printed tablecloth, canvas tablecloth and a huge selection of jacquard tablecloth with custom sizes and colors.

Recently, we develop and produce two types of spun polyester tablecloth: one is in 100% polyester while features excellent touch feel & water absorption as cotton as well as great washability & bright color as polyester; the other tablecloth give excellent anti-pilling, abrasion resistant, ventilation and stiffness performance, and are suitable for upscale restaurant, café, club, etc.

Napkins we provide have beautiful appearance and various color selection & size selections like 17*17, 19*19, 20*20, and 22*22. As to fabric, polyester, satin, suede satin, spun polyester and many more are available. Customers can choose 100% polyester, 100% cotton, 65/35 polyester-cotton blend or other fabric compositions.

We use stylish T/C plain, satin, organza, oxford cloth, polyester-cotton blend, jacquard cloth, taffeta and many more for our overlay, table runner and chair sash.

We have a great variety of styles for our aprons and the fabric can be 100% polyester, 100% cotton, 65/35 polyester-cotton blend, spun polyester, etc.

For bathrobe, we provide waffle pattern, coral fleece, velvet pile, etc. The bathrobe can in 100% cotton, 100% polyester or polyester-cotton blend. The fabric weight ranges from 120~280g/square. All bathrobes adopt top fabric and are in excellent workmanship.

Jacquard, plain weaved, satin towel and bath towel we offered give bright color and soft hand feel, which beyond the textile industry standard and are especially suitable for high-intensity & high-frequency machine-wash.
