Linking2gether is a newly formed Micro Service Provider that specialises in Housing and Care Related Support based in the Gedling Borough of Nottingham. We aim to support Adults with Enduring Mental Health Disabilities, within the Older Person Service's, Learning Disabilities as well as Vulnerable Adults with Complex Care Needs that require Help and Support to remain and live independently within their own community.

We are Launching our Floating Support Service Delivery to fill in the Service Providing Gap within Mental Health Services in the Gedling area of Nottingham. This gap will be created by the cuts to services by the Government Spending Review and Local Authorities having to make cut backs in their budgets to help in bringing Britain back out of debt. These cuts have had their downside and has left a huge gap for the people who suffer enduring mental Health Disabilities without the support to Sustain their own Tenancies within the Local Community.
