Lisheng Precision Mold Co.,Ltd. (LeadMould) was established in 1997. We specialize in developing, designing, making precise and sophisticated high-quality injection mould and molded plastic parts. The factory occupies 7000㎡ area. The annual manufacturing capacity is about 700-800 sets of moulds. we have years of experience in manufacturing export molds, We can depend on the customer demands to use DME and HASCO standard to build the mould. The moulds are mainly exported to Europe , America , Australia , Japan, at the same time for some overseas enterprises with branch in China and domestic-investment companies make the mould.

We have been equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and high technology machinery. 8 sets of 5-axis and 3-axis high-speed DMG CNC machines; 15 sets of EDM machines, 4 sets among which is Chamier EDM machines; 9 sets of precision grinding machines, 3D measuring machines, 6 sets of injection machines, etc.

We adopt the international advanced software from mold design, NC programming to mold flow analysis. There are 32 full-time designers now in the engineering department, we can offer 3D modeling, structuring for our project by using a series of advanced cartography software, provide the consummation for the customer’s design, give the customer powerful support in the engineering design aspect, and guarantee the high-grade mold design.
