We are Software Outsourcing Services Company. We create software usually for other companies. We provide them knowledge of our people about software. 

We are all about knowledge; we are about knowledge of creating software. We provide clients knowledge of creating software and that is our mission, this is why we exist.

MEMOS is generated from word MEM which means actually unit of knowledge or imitation. (Meme theory, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meme). So our name is even show that we are about acquiring right knowledge (people), gradually progress knowledge of the people and keep the knowledge in the company-keep the people in company.

Those people with knowledge we provide to clients and our ultimate. Our ultimate goal is to be a reliable outsourcing partner, with our experts as an integral part of the client team. That is why we focus on high levels of technical expertise and creativity, combined with low staff turnover. 

We do basically web application and mobile solutions. Sometimes MS Sharepoint, it used to be MS Outlook a lot.

Web apps we mostly do it in .NET but we are technologically neutral that means we can use Java or PHP as well.

Within mobiles platform we can do app in Android, iOS and Windows phone platform.

So basically we provide knowledge how to create software in neutral technology.

We have no specific industry focus in abroad we usually work with software companies, outsourcing companies – they need to fill out the peak in demand or software product companies.

We service companies all around the world, USA, UK, Scandinavia, Belgium, Holland, South Africa. 

Offices  

We exist since 2003 and we have 60 people right now. 40 people are in Prague and 20 people are in Minsk.

Minsk office we have opened for other companies in 2010.

Awards and certifications  

We were awarded in 2007-008 by Deloitte’s Rising Star (award for fastest growing companies).

All our developers must have certification within half year of employment.

We are Microsoft Partner (70% of our work is .NET).
