Who we are?

Merkur Interactive Services GmbH (MIS) is a modern, full-service gambling services provider based in Berlin. As a subsidiary of the internationally active Gauselmann Group, we are responsible for the operation and marketing of online games.

We pool the management of online sales, marketing and media activities of the family-run company responsible for successful brands such as merkurmagic.es, cashino.com, Merkur-Win.it and the international free-to-play mobile casinos Merkur24.com.

We are also responsible for the strategic and operational development of various online casinos, in particular focusing on the selection of third-parties / affiliates and the introduction of new features for end users.

The different departments that MIS is comprised of are: marketing, customer care, payments and fraud and the creative department.

As part of an integrated media concept, MIS markets tools and games that can be offered to the customer on the company’s own platforms. This includes online campaigns for the group’s social and online casinos in Germany, the UK, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands.

MIS provides a comprehensive customer care approach focusing on reliable and practical advice. Tailored product and service solutions as well as high quality and sufficient support are prioritized in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
