a) PUBLICENTER 

Manufactures and sales of the following products and services: 

1. cards with magnetic stripe and smart cards (contact, contactless and dual interface); 

2. card personalization and card fulfillment services (laser engraving, thermal printing, inkjet, embossing, mad stripe and chip encoding, match mounting, fulfillment). 

Such products and services are addressed to various markets like: 

Banking/Financial - debit cards, credit cards EMV (Visa, Mastercard, ABI); 

Telecommunication - prepaid scratch cards/vouchers, fulfillment services for SIM cards; 

Government - ID cards, health cards, driving license cards; 

Retail - loyalty cards, fidelity cards, gift cards, warranty cards, access control cards.

b) CIM 

Designs, manufactures and sales of the following products: 

1. card personalization systems (thermal printers, embossing machines, magnetic stripe and chip encoding units, thermal lamination machines, card mailing/fulfillment systems, etc.); 

2. metal plate embossing machines (i.e. military tags and dog tags).
