Founded in 1966 and located in a nature preserve near Starnberg, this all-day school offers lessons held in English in small classes as well as over 100 afternoon activities to about 1.200 students (age 4-18) from more than 65 countries. All students have access to either an iPad or a Macbook. Graduation with an international Baccalauréate diploma (IB) with an average IB-score of 36 points (2020). The school is accredited by the IBO and the Bavarian ministry of education, as well as the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and the Council of International Schools (CIS).
