Murphy Mining & Exploration, LLC ("MM&E") is a Colorado Limited Liability Company established in 2004 as a fully integrated mining and exploration company, primarily focused on the acquisition and development of existing and new gold mining properties in the Cripple Creek area. MM&E and its affiliates have completed specific exploration, rehabilitation, engineering, permitting, and other pre-development activities at the Providence Mine and will move into production in 2011.

The company’s management and consulting team has in excess of 200 years of experience and a proven record for safely and profitably operating numerous mineral, exploration, mining and contracting enterprises. In addition to developing and operating these properties, the company intends to create future value through implementation of its strategic development plans in the Mining District.
