Nanotech Digital GmbH is a newly established company in Nanocenter Dresden, Germany. Our experience in equipment & process engineering leads us to develop roll to roll process technology coordination for transparent electrode film by utilizing graphene application manufacturing. Nanotech Digital GmbH has expert knowledge and know-how on thin film process technology such as evaporation, sputtering, and CVD.
Our products include Transparent Electrode Film, Roll to roll CVD Graphene, Dry Pump energy saving products, X-ray Detector Film manufacturing equipment, and Sputter for LED process & packaging process. We are a startup company looking for partners and investors to develop transparent electrode film application manufacturing in the near future.
Nanotechdigital GmbH produces and designs a wide range of graphene products and graphene applications, especially CBD Graphene.
Furthermore we also manage and operate Scanning Electron microscopes and X-ray inspections tools for semiconductor applications.
