Neco is a stable currency for the common good. For our members, we generate profits, provide universal basic income and protect the climate. Our vision is to build a sustainable financial system that serves the people and the planet.

The Neocracy is the decentralized collective organization managing the Neco currency and the Necosystem. It is a virtual organization with distributed authority and no hierarchies, based on the Holacracy management system. Stakeholders can participate in the decision-making process through Collexa, a system of collective intelligence.

Our values and strong ethical code are an integral part of our organization. Our seven core values are: equality, sustainability, diversity, sufficiency, solidarity, transparency and stability.

We measure our impact through the Triple Bottom Line, an accounting framework with three parts: financial, social and ecological. Our goal is to increase the happiness of our community.
