How we started:

How we work:

Nemedya is Turkey's leading Drupal developer. Our team provides both project management and time tracking services that integrate such products as Trello  and Harvest. We implement an Agile Software Development methodology called Scrum,  which allows us to provide our clients with a transparent and interactive development environment.

Our primary concern is to understand and document our clients' real needs. Following a thorough requirement analysis, we begin implementing necessary solutions in biweekly sprints. Every sprint covers a user story, or stories, that is prioritised based on client needs. This system allows our clients to test a working prototype of their stories at the end of each sprint, while enabling them to monitor our work in a transparent, systematic manner.
