Network Design & Support Limited, trading as NDS8, was established by Tim Heywood in October 2004, to provide "expert" consulting and support to customers either using or planning to use Novell products. It was based upon an existing business, also trading as NDS8, which provided high level specialised consulting skills to the IT infrastructure market throughout the UK and Europe.

NDS8 is now providing server and desktop virtualization services across all sectors, having partnered with major vendors in this ever changing market, these include but are not limited to VMware, Citrix and Quest (Vizioncore)
