Oskar lernt Englisch is one of the leading providers of English language camps and courses in Germany, offering camps throughout the country since 2004.

We are always looking for energetic, talented, motivated, creative individuals to join our camp team. We offer camps for children between the ages of 6 and 15 looking to gain confidence in their English while exploring the many fun activities on offer for the week. Our camps fuse English learning in both structured lessons and informal settings. Camp activities include climbing, football, dance, windsurfing, theatre, horseback riding, science, film-making, sports, and more! Overnight camps also offer an evening program including discos, quiz nights, campfires, and a talent show.

Since 2002, children and teenagers have been learning English at our camps as if it were their first language. Every year, more than 3,000 children and teenagers attend our language camps during school vacations and immerse themselves in the English language in a fun and playful way. The shared experience of sports and leisure activities promotes language acquisition during the stay at the camp, as does the collaborative work on a selected project.

In our camps, we work exclusively with English-speaking teachers and counselors, who must have extensive pedagogical experience and receive pedagogical training and continuing education from us before their assignment as well as during their work. Our counselors are convinced of their work and love dealing with children and teenagers. This ensures an open and friendly atmosphere in our camps and creates the conditions for positive vacation experiences and effective learning.

Due to the constantly growing number of locations of our camps - in almost all German federal states by now - as well as the continuous expansion of the range of topics by new, contemporary, and extraordinary activities, we are continuously expanding our program in terms of content and geography. This allows us to cater even more closely to the individual interests of our participants and offer them additional incentives for positive language and vacation experiences.
