Created at the beginning of the economic crisis of the Nineties, PARTNERS & DROUAULT INTERNATIONAL has had to very quickly be different from the other agencies of recruitment. This difference was possible thanks to the installation of a service of quality, based on the transparency of its methods, the precision and the clearness of its contracts of collaboration, but also, the will of the teams of consultants and assistants of research to establish real partnerships in the duration with the customers.

Today, PARTNERS & DROUAULT INTERNATIONAL is composed of a team of 4 professional consultants of recruitment in France and at the international, based in Lyon, and 3 professional consultants in Grenoble.

Each one of these consultants has a successful experience in companies (industry, services, distribution...) enabling them to have the necessary retreat to succeed in the missions entrusted to them.

Around them, the team is completed by nine assistants of research and one assistant of direction.

For all our clients, PARTNERS & DROUAULT  INTERNATIONAL is searching collaborators in France and at the international (40% of the missions on the current year), over operational and functional positions.
