PARTNERSHIP EUROPE was established to represent European Universities, Business Schools and Training organizations, Regional Councils, Education Departments, Chambers of commerce and the European Social fund, in respect of arranging Work placements, Language and Cultural training, youth Exchanges, Teacher Training projects and Technical visits in Ireland and Europe.
