Pengda Munich GmbH, established in year 2008, is the first branch of Hebei Pengda New Material Technology Co., Ltd outside China. The establishment of the new branch enabled us to better meet the needs of European market. We are now in a better position to provide our European customers with prompt delivery and qualified assistance.
Our parent company Hebei Pengda New Material Technical Co., Ltd is a Chinese high-tech company, focused on the research & development and industrialized production of high purity alumina (Al2O3) and high purity zirconium oxide (ZrO2). The company is China’s largest manufacturer of alumina with high purity (99.99 % and 99.999%). Due to the excellent quality and large-scale stability of the products, our company is China’s biggest domestic supplier of alumina powder for use in manufacture of fluorescent powder and occupies 70% of the world market in this area. We are also the market leader of manufacturing 5N alpha alumina cylinder for sapphire growing in China.
The company has currently over 600 employees. In Research and Development alone we employ over 150 engineers and technicians and over 50 professional researchers, who use first-rate equipment for experiment and measurement. Through long term and continuous effort, our R&D has made great progress in technique manufacture of metal oxide powder, fluorescent powder, nanometer metal powder and other special metal powders.
Hebei Pengda has the largest production output in high-purity alumina powder in China: 7000 tons per year, among them 2000 tons of alumina for sapphire. The output for high purity ultra-fine zirconium oxide and other high purity metal-oxides amounts to 1500 tons per year.
Our company has been certified by ISO9001 and ISO14001:2004. We hold many invention patents in the manufacture of high-purity alumina powder and zirconium oxide powder. We have advanced production lines and perfected methods and equipment of analysis. Our products are widely sold at home and abroad. We are making continual improvement in the fields of high-purity metals, high-purity metal-oxides and Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) target.
