Pimatec started with the supply of extrusion equipment for the plastic industry before we diversified our business into the following groups:

PIMATEC multipipe is a combination of metal and plastic in one pipe combining the advantages of both materials without having their specific disadvantages. The pipe can be used for hot water applications up to a max. temperature of 95° C at an operating pressure of 10 bars with a lifetime of 50 years. Together with our easy to connect fitting system it gives the customer a high quality and very competitive pipe system for many applications.

One pipe does it all – Many applications but only one pipe: You no longer need a pipe for hot water, a pipe for cold water, a pipe for air condition systems, etc. One pipe made of high quality PERT-AL-PERT is enough. This helps to reduce the confusion during installation and also reduces your costs due to less stock.

Our easy to connect push fitting system again does not require any special tools for installation. Just push it in the pipe that’s all. This gives the customer a fast and safe connection without any extra investment in tools.

As our pipes are flexible and come in long length we normally do not need any couplings and the amount of normal elbows can also be reduced a lot. Therefore the buying costs can be reduced. Due to the reduction in fittings and the easy and fast installation we can reduce the installation time and cost. If you consider the complete project as a whole then the overall costs for our system are very competitive.

The latest product we added to our portfolio is ECO Wood. ECO Wood products are made of cellulose fibers from rice husk and recycling UPVC plastic. It is a 100% recycled product which feels like wood, has the structural qualities of both wood and UPVC, can be painted, screwed, cut and machined like wood.

Furthermore it offers features such as lower costs, better durability (i.e. resistance to moisture, insects, mould and fungus) and recyclability. These products are non flammable. And on top of all that it is a 100% eco friendly product, which helps to save our valuable natural resources.

ECO Wood as an alternative material has specific advantages, characteristics and properties which make it an ideal material to replace wood products and /or other plastic based materials. It carries a 10 year warranty against damage caused by rotting, warping, insect infestation, splitting, cracking and surface peeling.

The material is made from 100% waste products which would otherwise be sent to landfill or burned.

By using the waste in ECO Wood products we can save methane (from rotting rice husks in land fill) and carbon (released when rice husk waste is burned) from being released into the atmosphere, therefore stopping the creation of unnecessary ‘green-house gas’ emissions.

Rice husks which have been dumped and left to rot is an eyesore as well as an environmental concern.

ECO Wood is used as an alternative to wood, 1 ton of ECO Wood material saves approximately 3 tons of forest from being cut.

The material does not need to be treated in the same way as wood used outdoors helping to reduce the use of chemicals as well as saving time & money.

At the end of the product lifecycle, the material can be crushed and re-extruded for the next generation of products.
