We at Pipits, are a team of highly effective and efficient project handlers and managers. We provide services maily to healthcare providers. Our main aim is to deliver success and quality results in whatever we do. We have a set criteria for pursuing project ideas that we make into successful projects. We perform a detailed analysis on the proposed project idea and if it meets our defined conditions then, we proceed. We believe that in order to gain success, one has to go through a defined set of rules, and it is after that, that we are truly victorious. We try to instill those set of rules in our day to day dealings when conducting a project analysis.

At Pipits, we’ve achieved multiple success, and they’ve been attained with rigorous team work and discipline. Some of our successes are as follows

· We took over a project which reduced disposal costs for a university by approximately 50% and that to within 12 months. It was a public operation and has more than 10,000 employees. Our efforts and success was recognized by the State Court of Auditors.

Our founders originated a very successful healthcare focused logistics company. Increase in turnover per year up to 12 million euros within 6 years - return on sales 6% vs. industry average 2%

· In 2011, we created a totally new just-in-time supply-chain for a modern surgical center. The project received a famous Award by the Federal Ministry of Economics “Innovation Creates a Lead”

· We finished a process-reengineering project for a medical enterprise. Increase in revenues of 8 million euros annually to 50 million euros within 5 years - expected sales in 2015 (estimated): 80 million euros

· We established the largest provider of outpatient rehabilitation services for cardiovascular diseases in Germany within two years

Our founders founded  and developed different consulting firms before. Every firm achieved multiple awards, e.g. Brand Eins. Best Healthcare Consultant 2014 / Brand Eins. Best Advisor 2014 (aviation), Top Consultant Award 2012/2013 / Senior Consultant: Excellent management consultant 2013/2014
