POHA House creates co-spaces for the way people want to live and work today and in the future.

Under one roof, we provide a range of high-quality furnished flats, flexible offices and community spaces that offer unrivalled comfort, eco-friendly design and an inspiring community.

Our residents also benefit from creative and tech-focused events, smart technology and activities and environments that boost wellbeing. 

On top of this, residents gain discounted access to our POHA Stay short-term flats. These allow them to easily accommodate visiting family members or friends in the same building. 

Overall, our mission is to create spaces that improve people’s lives and enable them to achieve more together.

Something we will make a reality with the launch of our first POHA House in Aachen, west Germany. 

Then, we will bring POHA House to Hamburg, Essen, Dusseldorf and London, as well as other major cities across Europe.
