The company was formed in year 2010 with the aim to develop a Transit Port with Oil Bunker, Dry Dock, International Airport and a City. The board directors of the company are dynamic and risk taking group of people.

The directors vision is to enhance the trade development and shipping industry in the Maldives and to become the most efficient reliable operator in the region. The company aim to associate the international market and organizations to promote the business.

Mr. Mohamed Arif, the CEO co-founder of the company has more than 30 years of experience in the tourism and general trade business. Having vast experience in the field of tourism he has success in building two companies well known as Sun Travel and Tours and Paradise Holidays. His dynamic market strategy and planning made the success of these businesses.

Our Mission is to develop this region of Maldives into an internationally recognized financial hub that will provide dedicated and efficient services as a regional business center in Asia through developing an International transit cargo shipping routes through Maldivian waters, an oil bunker, an international airport for air transit cargoes and refueling planes, a cosmopolitan city as a financial hub, and thereby build sustainable revenue and economy of the Maldives in long term
