PROSINO S.r.l. is an Italian company highly specialized in the turning & heat treating of steel rings, and in particular in 100Cr6 bearing steel.

Dimensional range: from 8 mm of bore up to 300 mm of OD

His main field application are: textile machinery, machine tool bearing and hydraulic motors.

PROSINO has a wide machine park with 18 multispindle mechanical lathes with bar feed up to 100 mm and 12 c.n.c lathes with turning capacity up to 300 mm.

Every lathe is equipped with Statistical Process Control for maximum process reliability.

A large stock of tubes (more than 800 tons and 200+ dimensions) give to the company very good flexibility and ready available raw material.

A modern heat treatment department allows the PROSINO customer to enjoy a finished product ready to be ground. Very much care is put in deformation control and dimensional stability over time thanks to subfreezing cells after quenching (S0 treatment).

Company is certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

90 employees and EURO 12.000.000 of turnover and 85% of export are the company‘s main figures.
