Qoros Auto Co., Ltd (“Qoros”) is established in December 2007 with an initial registered capital of RMB 3.4 billion. We are an independent joint venture, born in China but international in our approach and aspirations from the outset. We have an experienced international leadership team, and a clear strategy for our development and growth. We have a solid foundation on which to create a distinctive new joint venture in the automotive industry. We strive to bring new driving experiences and great value to urban consumers through placing great emphasis on quality, modern elegance, and vehicle characteristics and through our passionate commitment to detail and service. Our products are designed to meet the highest international standards, respective of their class, and we employ technology; shaping it to meet our customers‟ needs and lifestyles. Since our operations commenced we have worked hard to successfully meet our aggressive development timeline. We have recruited leading talent and partners from around the world, across all disciplines.

We developed an entirely new platform and started the first phase of prototype testing in October 2011. We will launch our first vehicle in 2013. A hatchback and a SUV will quickly follow and we will then enter the electric car segment, also leveraging Israel Corporation’s strategic initiatives in the sector. All of our products are designed to meet Euro NCAP 5-star 2013 standards and will be sold in China and key European markets.
