OUR DEVELOPMENT

Since 1997, we had been assisting our customers to source finished garment. Apart from providing ready garments, we arranged production of garment from materials, like fabrics, accessories, trims, etc. Besides overseas markets, like Korea and Taiwan, the textile and accessories markets of Hong Kong and mainland China were the key sources of our production materials. Over the years, we had developed a well sourcing network and gained solid experience in different markets. From 2008 onwards, we were gradually shifting our business to cover a wider scope in the apparel and textile industry.

Recently, we further extended our trading oriented business to include the referral option, by forming a section called the MATRIX 8x8. We aim to, in addition to our existing well established business network and product lines, provide more procurement options to our customers through a referral process.

Unlike the web-base platforms, we do not just provide the contacts of a list of potential sellers/buyers. We first of all carry out evaluation on buyer/seller’s requests/offers. We do matching among list of buyers/sellers with respect to specifications, price, delivery arrangement, etc. Our operations can save the buyer/seller’s time and money. We finish the initial tedious and time consuming investigating work; while leave the last kick-off step for the buyer-seller pair to activate by themselves. We divide our purchasing services into two categories:

PROCUREMENT ASSIST: Aim to help buyer to place bulk order to suitable seller. We disclose seller information to buyer and vice versa. It is for seasonal, strategic and long-term sourcing purposes. Service charge needed.

SAMPLE PROCUREMENT: We act as a helper to source particular material(s) for the purposes of development or production. For instance, buyer is not convenient and not cost effective to buy a few plastic buttons or zippers for a new design. The sourcing time limit might be short as a couple of days. Since the aim of this type of service is to provide buyer a quick result, so we try our best to provide an optimal; however, might not be a perfect match in the quality, the colour and the style for their immediate need. Of course, we must provide the correct one if it was available. We do not disclose the seller information in this service type. Service charge needed.

PRODUCT /SERVICE RANGE

The apparel & textile industry is a huge industry. It is not possible to list out all the products/service in a few pages. We list some the major aspects in which our service covered, but not limited to.

Sourcing of finished garment:

Dress, T-shirt, shirt, coat, blouse, pants, shorts, beach short, bermuda, casual wear, fashion, functional garment, etc.

Sourcing of fabrics:

Woven/knit, grey fabrics; poplin, twill, canvas, denim, by solid dyed, yarn dyed, printing; taffeta, lining, interlining; home-textile, etc.

Sourcing of yarns:

Cotton yarns, linen yarn, silk yarn, nylon yarn, polyester yarn, spandex yarn, synthetic yarns, etc.

Sourcing of accessories/trimmings:

Metal/plastic buttons, snaps, buckle, zipper; ribbon, tape, elastics, crystal, sewing thread, velcro tape, etc.

Sourcing of production factory/mill:

Garment, fabric, embroidery, heat transfer print, etc.

Others:

Not limited to the above listed, anything you think we might help, e.g. sewing machinery, spare parts, consumables, etc..
