As supply chain expert Bob Cornelis prepares small and medium companies that apply for operational excellence to implement a fluent supply chain.

A good balanced Supply Chain creates for companies opportunities to optimize their costs.

In addition a good integrated chain management assures that all goods and information move fluently from A to Z.
