Research Institute of Cash Harvesting (P) Ltd. [RICH (P) Ltd.] is an organization which deals with direct marketing of new products and services of different organizations; supply unskilled, skilled, and higly skilled employee for different organization and individuals; provide education and training for individual's development and provide consultancy services on field of information technology based on the ethic "the power of direct i.e. relevance, responsibility, and results". It is a venture started by professionals with an enthusiasm to create a change. The company was legally registered as per company act 2006 at Government of Nepal, Ministry of Industry, Office of the Company Registrar in 2010.

Management Team

Sandeep Dhawa

Completed Masters of Business Studies specializing in Marketing, gained experience as Graphics Designer and Sales Executive in a reputed advertising agency, company secretary of Prabhu Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Presently Mr. Dhawa is president of RICH (P) Ltd and handling operation department.

Bikram Awal

Graduated in Hotel Management from NATHM, has gained 4 years experience as Guest Service/ Relation officer in the Radisson Hotel, worked as an instructor of hotel management courses in different colleges and is a counsellor of Hospitality Industry. Mr. Awal is managing director of RiCH (P) Ltd.

Rabindra Bhuju

Gained five years experience as Direct Selling Agent and has worked as DSA for different big telecommunication organizations like TATA Telecom, Reliance, Airtel, Hutch in Mumbai, India, worked as Marketing and sales manager in a reputed automobile company. Presently Mr. Bhuju is vice president and handling marketing and sales department of RICH (P) Ltd.
