Having worked successfully across EU markets as a senior Head-hunter in London for almost a decade, in 2017 Rōnin Search founder Cal Doherty moved away from 'traditional'​ recruitment, and opened a start-up with a very different agenda and approach!

Based in Warsaw, Poland, Rōnin Search is formed with the purpose of delivering Search Firm expertise, results and market penetration, with the cost and accessibility of contingency recruitment. We intend to work ever more closely with a small core of sector-leading clients, understanding firms as they see themselves, taking that message to market and enhancing visibility and delivery within my clients'​ core recruiting pools.

Rōnin Search reach is Pan-European, covering our established key geographies of UK, D/A/CH and Poland. Having successfully completed projects in almost 20 countries worldwide, Rōnin network is truly global, and international talent is accessed rapidly, reliably and with accuracy to requirements. Rōnin Search specialisms are in core areas of expertise: Business Transformation; Digital & Technology; Sector-Specific Consulting (FS, Energy, ICT) Supply Chain and Strategy. The firm will adapt and diversify, but the key foci in our startup stage will provide 'quick wins'​ for our clientele.
