A family owned and operated business for 15 years, Saltwater Café maintains the highest standards in customer service. Rolf Zahnd, the restaurant’s Co-owner and Executive Chef, studied culinary arts at Bern Culinary School of Art and completed postgraduate training at the Academy of Master Chefs in Switzerland. Having previously worked in Swiss, French, and Italian restaurants in Europe, he relocated to Florida in order to focus on his passion for preparing seafood. Prior to managing the day-to-day operations at Saltwater Café, Chef Rolf® served as Head Chef at The Green Flash in Captiva, Florida. He currently hosts the local television cooking show, Chef Rolf’s New Florida Kitchen®, which can be viewed on SNN Comcast Channel 6 every Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. EST.
